Life is short

My family gave this to me the night before I flew to Tokyo last year.  I love the positive and encouraging message it offers, and I’ve carried it in my journal for the last 8 months.

Now I’m getting ready to board a plane that will take me to New York City, and then back home to Saskatoon. It’s been an amazing journey, and I’m sad that it’s ending, but I’m so excited to see my family and friends and catch up.

Once home I will also be posting a whole lot more about the end of my trip, the internet here in Nepal has been not so grand, so watch for more photos, stories, and tips!

  1. Kate, this was so thoughtful. It is good advice to us all. So glad it’s been a touchstone for you over the last 8 months.
